About the Program
The Graduate Development Program is a three-year accelerated career development journey designed to prepare high-potential Saudi graduates for future leadership roles within Arla Foods. The program combines structured learning, on-the-job training, international rotations, and hands-on experience across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering functions.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to strategic projects, and develop the technical, operational, and leadership capabilities required to build a successful long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
- Support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering operations.
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on local and international projects.
- Develop technical, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Complete all learning modules, assessments, and development milestones.
- Represent Arla's values while delivering high-quality work throughout the program.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- GPA of 4.0/5.0 or above.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to relocate internationally during the program.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations.
