As we scale visual-communications and branding efforts, we are looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our visual presence across print, digital, events and property-marketing assets.
Role Overview
As Graphic Designer at Richmond Properties you'll:
- Develop compelling visual assets that reflect our premium positioning from property brochures, social-media campaigns, digital banners, presentations, signage, and event materials.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and the brand team to translate strategic objectives into visuals that resonate with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency while bringing fresh ideas, creativity and design finesse.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and switch between digital & print deliverables.
- Stay ahead of design trends within the real-estate / luxury-lifestyle space and propose new visual directions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, original design work: brochures / flyers / property board creatives / social-graphics / e-mailers / presentations.
- Adapt and repurpose designs across channels (web, mobile, print, outdoor).
- Coordinate with printers, production houses and vendors to ensure output quality and timely delivery.
- Interpret briefs from marketing/sales to deliver visuals that meet objectives (lead generation, branding, property launches).
- Maintain and update a digital asset library, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
- Provide creative input at concept-stage: mood boards, image selection, typography, layout.
- Ensure assets are optimized for multiple platforms (social, website, signage).
Ideally you will have
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
- 3-5 years (or more) of graphic design experience, ideally in a real-estate, luxury-lifestyle, agency or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.
- Strong layout, typography, colour theory, imagery skills and print-production experience.
- Experience creating digital assets: social, web banners, e-mail creatives, animated GIFs/video (bonus).
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; must be able to interpret briefs and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing brand-driven work and diverse formats.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE / Dubai real-estate market or willingness to learn will be beneficial.
