We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is highly creative and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be able to transform design briefs into compelling visual materials across print and digital platforms. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, brand awareness, and excellent time management skills to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret design briefs, contribute creative ideas, and translate them into impactful visual materials.
- Develop concepts, designs, and layouts based on design principles and aesthetic standards.
- Create visually appealing designs that meet the needs of target audiences.
- Strong illustration and animation skills.
- Select appropriate media (color, type, illustration, photography, animation, print, and layout techniques) to present design concepts.
- Submit rough drafts for approval and revise mock-ups as needed.
- Design logos, brand elements, and brand guidelines for events, companies, or products.
- Produce designs for products, packaging, labels, print ads, online campaigns, manuals, catalogs, sales collateral, trade show graphics, and internal communications.
- Proof text and review final products to ensure accuracy and completeness, suggesting improvements where necessary
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity, messaging, and legal guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a design library and brand assets.
- Prepare production-ready files of approved concepts.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors on production orders, paper selection, and printing methods.
- Manage and organize photoshoots that follow agreed on art direction
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are produced to the highest quality, on time, within budget, and in line with internal deadlines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines through effective time management skills.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design from a reputed institution.
- 5-8 years job related experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other modern design tools (Figma)
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Arabic is mandatory.
