Job Title: Group Head of HR and Administration
Reporting To: CEO
Location:Fujairah, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
1.Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the group's overall business goals.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing advice on workforce planning and talent management.
2.Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and career development initiatives.
3.Performance Management:
Implement and monitor performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate training programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
4.HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
5.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
Champion a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Develop initiatives to promote an equitable workplace.
Administrative Leadership:
1.Operational Excellence:
Oversee the administrative operations across all group entities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement best practices in facilities management, procurement, and resource allocation.
2.Budget Management:
Develop and manage HR and administrative budgets to optimize resource utilization.
Monitor and control costs related to facilities, operations, and employee benefits.
3.Policy Development:
Establish and enforce administrative policies to standardize operations across the group.
Continuously evaluate processes for improvement and scalability.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree or MBA with HR specialization preferred.
2.Experience:
Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in HR and administrative leadership roles, preferably in a large or multi-entity organization.
Proven track record of leading large teams and managing cross-functional projects.
3.Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices, and strategic workforce planning.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
4.Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing business needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1.Employee engagement and satisfaction scores.
2.Retention and turnover rates.
3.Recruitment cycle efficiency and cost per hire.
4.Operational cost optimization in administrative functions.
5.Compliance and audit outcomes for HR and administrative policies.
Salaryrange:AED19k -20k permonth +family benefits.
