Guest Services Officer - Russian Speaker

We are seeking a customer-focused Guest Services Officer (Russian Speaker) to deliver exceptional guest experiences and provide personalized support to Russian-speaking guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with hospitality/PMS systems is an advantage.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
