WOW Salon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Hair Assistant to support our hairstylists and ensure smooth daily salon operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, maintains high hygiene standards, and provides excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist hairstylists during services, including hair washing, client preparation, and mixing hair colors.
- Perform shampooing, conditioning, and basic blow-drying as assigned.
- Prepare clients for services and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon equipment.
- Sterilize tools and strictly follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage towels, capes, and salon laundry.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the salon.
- Support stock arrangement and proper handling of salon products.
- Follow salon policies and instructions from supervisors and senior stylists.
Requirements
- Interest in the beauty and hair care industry.
- Basic knowledge of salon hygiene and safety practices (preferred).
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the salon.
