Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant salon experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sterilization and infection-control practices.
• English communication skills required Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to upsell treatments and retail products.
• Time management and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity.

Task Desciption:

• Assess hair/scalp condition and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform Yumi Scalp Treatment and related services according to brand standards.
• Deliver hair repair, keratin, hydration, protein and scalp therapies.
• Explain aftercare instructions and treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment, product stock and sanitation.
• Cross-sell complementary salon services and retail products.
• Stay updated on new treatment techniques and trends.
• Assist with reception or salon operations when required.
