Job Description
- Lead the Finance Section by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Government financial regulations and organizational objectives
- Manage the preparation of annual budgets, final accounts, financial statements, payroll budgets, and monthly financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Supervise accounting operations, internal controls, audits, financial risk analysis, cost optimization initiatives, and ensure the integrity of financial systems and procedures
- Lead and develop the finance team, monitor performance, improve financial processes, and coordinate with the Dubai Department of Finance and other stakeholders to support effective financial governanc
