The Role

As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and leading the operational framework of the brokerage ahead of launch. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence across the client lifecycle while building scalable processes to support future growth

Responsibilities include

Building and implementing the firm's operational framework from the ground up

Overseeing the day-to-day operational infrastructure across the brokerage

Managing MT4/MT5 operational processes, controls and best practices

Monitoring trade booking, reconciliations and operational risk

Leading payment service provider (PSP) onboarding, integrations and ongoing management

Overseeing client onboarding, account opening and operational workflows

Developing robust operational controls, policies and governance procedures

Supporting audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements

Building, mentoring and leading an operations team as the business grows

Driving operational efficiencies through automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience within Retail CFD Operations

At least 2 years experience managing people

Proven experience building or improving operational frameworks within a retail brokerage

Strong knowledge of PSP onboarding and payment operations

Hands-on experience with bridge technology, including OneZero and/or Centroid

Experience managing MT4/MT5 operational environments

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, operational risk and reconciliations

Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve operational efficiency and workflows
