Job Description

Job Duties:

  1. Managing daily operations:
  • Supervising all of the company's logistical operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure that logistical operations are carried out according to set standards and with the highest level of safety.
  1. Planning and developing strategies:
  • Develop and implement strategic operating plans to achieve the company's goals.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve operations and increase efficiency.
  1. Team management:
  • Lead and direct various operating teams.
  • Developing competencies and motivating employees to ensure optimal performance.
  1. Communication and coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  1. Cost control:
  • Monitoring operational costs and working to reduce them without affecting the quality of service.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports to ensure adherence to the budget.
  1. Solving problems:
  • Address and resolve operational problems efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Make quick and appropriate decisions to ensure that operations continue without interruption.
  1. Compliance and standards:
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with all local and international laws and regulations related to logistics operations.
  • Applying and improving quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  1. Academic qualifications:
  • The minimum qualification is a bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • The maximum qualification is a master's degree.
  1. Practical experience:
  • 10 years of previous experience.
  1. Professional abilities and skills:
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the results.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
