We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Spa Therapist to lead our spa team and deliver exceptional wellness experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in spa treatments, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service and spa operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the spa therapy team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness treatments.
- Ensure all spa services are delivered in accordance with company standards and protocols.
- Manage therapist schedules, treatment allocations, and daily spa operations.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the spa.
- Conduct training and ongoing development sessions for spa therapists.
- Assist in achieving revenue and retail sales targets.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and inventory levels of spa products and supplies.
- Promote spa services, packages, and wellness programs to guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of spa therapy experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards is highly preferred.
