Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, package units, and centralized HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air conditioning systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Check compressors, refrigerant levels, thermostats, motors, and electrical connections.
  • Ensure proper functioning of chillers, FCU, and AHU systems.
  • Respond to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
  • Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and service records.

  • Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience as an AC Technician.
  • Experience in Facility Management or maintenance projects preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
