Hospitality Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to develop functional, aesthetically appealing, and brand-aligned interior concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mood boards, material boards, color schemes, and furniture selections.
• Translate client briefs, brand guidelines, and mood boards into practical design solutions 
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for production 
• Create shop drawings and prototypes to ensure compliance with design intent 
• Conduct site visits and factory inspections when required 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or a related field 

• 3–7 years of experience in hospitality or high-end furniture design 

• Strong portfolio showcasing custom furniture and hospitality projects 

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar) 

• Knowledge of FF&E standards and specifications 

Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking 

• High attention to detail and technical accuracy 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with hotel brands or international operators
