About the Role
The Housekeeping Site Manager oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high cleanliness standards, staff efficiency, and compliance with safety policies. They manage budgets, inventory, and client satisfaction to maintain service excellence.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping Staff Management & Training
- Lead and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Monitor training programs, ensuring compliance and timely performance evaluations.
- Encourage personal growth through periodic reviews.
Operational Efficiency & Service Quality
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to meet SLA requirements.
- Conduct QPE inspections to maintain quality and compliance.
- Review and address service scores and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Implement and manage inventory processes to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and schedule necessary repairs.
- Recommend new equipment and amenities to enhance safety and service delivery.
Budgeting & Resource Allocation
- Manage labor budgets, operating expenses, and staffing levels.
- Prepare and complete necessary financial and operational reports.
Client & Safety Compliance
- Enforce safety policies and procedures within the department.
- Attend monthly review meetings with customer representatives to discuss service performance.
