Key Responsibilities:
. HR Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with FintechGalaxy's objectives and promotes a high-performance, inclusive, and innovative culture.
. Talent Acquisition: Build an effective talent acquisition function, attracting top talent in thefintech and open banking sector by utilizing your network and market knowledge.
. Employee Development: Establish and oversee a robust employee development and trainingprogram, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.
. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local regulations,particularly in the context of financial services and fintech. Collaborate with SAMA and otherregulatory bodies as necessary.
. Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attractand retain top talent while staying within budgetary constraints.
. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actionswhile fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
. HR Technology: Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes, enhance dataanalytics, and improve overall HR efficiency.
. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse andinclusive workforce.
. Team Leadership: Build and mentor an HR team, nurturing a culture of professionalism andcontinuous improvement.
. Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives thatsupport the company's goals.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
. Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
. Deep understanding of the fintech and open banking market, including regulatory frameworks.
. Strong network and relationships with SAMA and major banks in KSA.
. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving HR goals
