Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Execurive to join our dynamic organization. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in a ONSITE environment, supporting crucial human resources operations and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and assist with internal communications.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support regarding HR issues.
- Facilitate training sessions and development programs for staff growth.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
Must have requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
