Job Description


Our client is a well-established FMCG distribution business based in Dubai and is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources across one of its operating companies.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of talent acquisition, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and payroll. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced commercial business with a high volume of recruitment across sales, merchandising, warehouse, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions with a strong focus on high-volume hiring.
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, confirmations, transfers and offboarding.
  • Negotiate and administer employee benefits including medical insurance.
  • Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation and PRO-related activities across Mainland / Free Zone entities.
  • Manage HRMS administration and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Handle confidential HR matters while providing professional support to senior management.
  • Maintain employee records, HR reporting and documentation with exceptional accuracy.
  • Support employee relations matters and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders where required.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and ensure timely delivery of HR services.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 7-10 years of HR generalist experience within an FMCG distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment across sales, merchandising, warehouse, supply chain and support functions.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
  • Experience handling Mainland / Freezone visa processes and PRO-related activities.
  • Hands-on experience using HRMS and managing end-to-end payroll.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Trustworthy, dependable and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
