HR Services Administrator - Etihad Engineering

Synopsis

Responsible to manage day-to-day operations of the HR Administrative Services. This will involve managing end to end HRAS process which includes employee insurance, assignment changes, transfers and benefits administration.

Accountabilities

• Responsible to manage absence management, employee personal and assignment changes, transfers, benefits administration with a focus to ensure timely completion and effective communication to all relevant parties.
• Responsible to manage quarterly check on data quality and ensure corrective actions are in place.
• Responsible to ensure SLAs are applied consistently across all HRAS
• Responsible for the insurance enrolment of staff and dependents by validating the employee eligibility requirements and contract status in line with current HR policy.
• Responsible for insurance cancellation for EYEng leavers ensuring timely refund of pro-rated insurance premium.
• Process insurance claims in a timely manner
• Assist employees with inquiries related to their insurance coverage and benefits options.
• Administration and processing of Personal Accident & Life Insurance Claims of the Group in liaison with Medical Insurance Management and Payroll Teams.
  

Education & Experience

• University degree and preferably post-graduate with specialization in HR
• 3-5 years relevant experience in HR administration.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Preferably ERP HCM functional knowledge
• Fluent spoken and written English
