Terracotta Outsourcing is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organization for an experienced HR Strategy Manager to join a dynamic Human Resources function supporting a complex, multi-entity business.
This is a strategic role responsible for driving HR strategy execution, governance, performance management, and executive reporting while partnering with senior leadership to deliver business-aligned people initiatives.
Position: HR Strategy Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi (On Site)
Contract: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate corporate HR strategy into actionable business plans and measurable initiatives.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and governance of strategic HR projects across multiple business units.
- Manage HR PMO activities, including initiative tracking, milestone management, risk monitoring, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive HR dashboards, KPIs, and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Consolidate and validate HR data from multiple stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and insights for executive leadership and governance forums.
- Analyze workforce trends, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and key people metrics to support business decisions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of strategic priorities and successful implementation of HR initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR reporting, governance frameworks, and performance management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in HR strategy, HR transformation, HR PMO, workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar strategic HR function.
- Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
- Strong background in HR analytics, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives within a complex or multi-entity organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within large corporate, government, semi-government, energy, utilities, infrastructure, aviation, or industrial organizations.
- Exposure to HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, governance, or enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Experience preparing executive or Board-level reports and presentations.
