Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to be hired as an HSE Manager based in Neom,
Neom is Saudi Arabia's flagship business and tourism development on the Red Sea coast and a central project in the 2030 Vision outlining the kingdom's plans to diversify the economy.

Job Summary
Ensure the security, health and safety of employees, in coordination with the Project Management team;
Ensure that the hazards & risks to personnel, the environment and to the field assets are as low as is reasonably practicable;
Promote company HSS culture;
Guarantee the compliance with the company Health & Safety Management Plan by working closely with the Management Team and providing contribution for improvements
Promote 0 Accidents culture
Location: Position to be based in Neom-Saudi Arabia.

General Requirements and Skills:
Capability of working in team;
Able to work in harsh environments, easy interaction with other cultures and good English skills (written and spoken);
Good knowledge of Office (word, excel, outlook, visio); Ability to prepare reports, technical analysis;

Required Qualifications & Experiences:
A Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
Required Gulf experience mandatory.
English proficiency required, Arabic is a plus
The ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, often at a distance
Experience of living and working in the Middle East
