Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements.
Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
Monitor lifting operations, piling activities, excavation works, and heavy equipment operations.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Review and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements.
Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response preparedness.
Monitor subcontractor for HSE performance.
Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, piling, or foundation projects.
Valid experience of working on ADNOC Offshore projects for minimum 2+ years
Valid ADNOC Approval is mandatory on offshore project.
NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Incident Investigation techniques
Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
