HSE Team Leader Engineer
Job Purpose
:Lead and drive the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) agenda across the company by developing and implementing HSE policies and programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting preventive safety practices, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
.Key Responsibilities
- :Lead and implement Health, Safety & Environmental initiatives across the company
- .Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
- .Ensure workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements are met
- .Conduct safety training and induction programs for employees
- .Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- .Oversee emergency preparedness and fire protection systems
- .Support environmental initiatives and continuous improvement activities
.Requirements
- :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- .Minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety
- .Experience in Manufacturing/Food & Beverage industry is preferred
- .Professional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or ISO are preferred
- .Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
