Job Brief

We're looking for people with a Human Capital strategy experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in human capital planning, workforce analytics, and budget management. You'll play a key role in shaping our long-term talent strategy, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to achieve our business goals.

You'll be working on developing and implementing a comprehensive human capital strategies that aligns with our business objectives. This includes:

  • Manpower Planning: Forecasting future workforce needs based on current, future needs, and organizational changes.
  • Budget Planning: Managing and optimizing the human capital budget, including compensation, benefits, and training costs.
  • Workforce Analytics: Using data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Talent Management: Collaborating with HR and business leaders to design and implement programs for talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Academics and Certifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a minimum.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR are a plus.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using HR metrics to drive business decisions.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget management and its impact on human capital decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying and solving complex workforce challenges.
