Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Transformation Executive to lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of our new HRMS across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will manage all project phases — from planning through go-live and post-implementation support — while ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and compliance with data governance standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will drive process improvements, deliver user training, and support broader HR projects and workforce planning initiatives. This is a key opportunity to shape the digital backbone of our people function and make a lasting impact on how HR operates.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the HRMS, coordinating all project phases from planning through post-go-live support.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee data within the HRMS.
• Configure, test, and support HR system enhancements and process improvements.
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to HR teams and business users.
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor throughout the implementation process.
• Assist with workforce planning, HR projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS implementation or administration.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Fluent English.
