On behalf of a leading manufacturing and industrial company headquartered in Cairo, we are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to align business objectives with people strategies, foster a positive work culture, and drive organizational growth. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Cairo, Egypt.
About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. You'll play a key role in building a high-performance culture that supports business goals and enhances employee experience across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Support organizational design, manpower planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for key roles, ensuring high-quality and timely recruitment.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching and guidance to managers and staff.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company HR policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in HR operations and digital transformation within the HR function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum 57 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and industrial relations practices.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
