Job Description: We are seeking an accomplished HR Manager with over 10 years of experience in HR management, particularly in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international hiring and the ability to manage and streamline HR processes across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on international hiring.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Handle international hiring processes and compliance with international labor laws.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international hiring.
Experience in the banking sector is highly desirable.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
