About the Client:
A leading GCC fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women's fashion.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, exit, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, training, and performance development initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage compensation & benefits programs, HR administration, reporting, and HR analytics.
- Partner closely with leadership to drive organizational culture, workforce planning, and HR best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience with strong knowledge of GCC labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems/software
- Open to Arabic speakers, and strong proficiency in English is preferred
