Role Description The Immediate Joiner – Luxury Off Plan Specialist (British/Russian Speaker) will focus on selling and marketing high-end off-plan properties in Abu Dhabi and other key UAE locations. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi involves managing a portfolio of luxury off-plan projects, conducting property presentations, and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining strong relationships with buyers and investors, coordinating property viewings and site visits, and providing clear information on project details, payment plans, and investment returns. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams, stay updated on market trends and developer offerings, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Consistent follow-up, multilingual client communication, and professional representation of PSI at events and meetings are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills for detailed property fit-out assessment and understanding of construction quality.
• Ability to safely and effectively use Power Tools and Hand Tools, with knowledge of Framing concepts to interpret basic structural elements when needed.
• Previous experience in luxury real estate sales, off-plan property brokerage, or high-end client relationship management in the UAE market.
• Fluency in English and strong proficiency in either British-accent communication or Russian language to serve a diverse client base.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to explain complex investment and payment structures clearly.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate regulations, developers, communities, and market trends.
• Comfort with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and lead management platforms for tracking and converting prospects.
• Ability to work on-site, meet clients in person, and maintain a professional appearance suitable for luxury property representation.
