Job description summary:

Minapharm Pharmaceuticals is heavily expanding its immunotherapy projects throughout its global operations. This expansion involves complex therapeutic modalities ranging from recombinant protein therapeutics to cell and gene therapies. The job position described below is responsible for managing Minapharm's strategic expansion projects, possessing a blend of both scientific expertise and business acumen contributing to both research and commercialization efforts.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, planning, coordination and implementation of new business plans/cases in immuno-oncology.
  • Manage various projects within the immuno-oncology pipeline, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate activities across internal teams and external collaborators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for immuno-oncology programs, considering scientific, regulatory and commercial factors.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and present research findings therapeutic trends to team members and stakeholders.
  • Assess potential drug candidates, new technologies, and business opportunities to assess the commercial potential aimed at staying ahead of technology and therapeutic trends.
  • Conduct through assessments to identify unmet medical needs, competitive landscapes, and potential commercial opportunities for immune-oncology therapies.
  • Approach and develop relationships with International industrial and academic partners.
  • Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements in immuno-oncology related fields and integrate relevant findings into project strategies. Support in providing scientific input in developing, coordinating and maintaining immuno-oncology related projects.
  • Report to Minapharm's immunotherapy department head.
  • Track project progress against goals through robust assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with peer leaders across the organization to define best practices and harmonize approaches.


  • Achievement of a scientific and preferably also business/healthcare management degree from an international university.
  • Preferably a degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Scientific knowledge in immunotherapy and oncology.
  • Relevant industry experience (3-4 years) in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical and the healthcare industry.
  • Business experience is a plus.
  • Data analytical skills developed through academia and work experience, with a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
