Excellent spoken and written command of the Arabic (English for non-Saudi-
advisors) and Fair spoken and written command in English language with
cheerful, confident, professional and courteous tone
Excellent interpersonal skills and relates well with a wide range of-
people/customers understanding.
Experience in resolving straight forward customer conflict-
Demonstrated excellent attention to detail-
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a busy team-
Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate around a computer-
Ability to work flexible roster hours, including scheduled breaks-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-
Tolerance for stress in a fast paced working environment-
Job duties
To serve the company Express customers making inquiries related to Authorization
Letters Commercial Registration for companies or ID copy for individual and to
upload it to the imaging system also to contact the customers, screening all inbound
shipments and log it on the data sheet kingdom wide and to ensure that company
standards are maintained.
