Information Technology Senior Specialist

Experience: 6+ years
We're looking for an experienced Emirati to join a prestigious government entity and play a key role in establishing and strengthening its IT function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup of IT processes, governance, and operating procedures.
- Assist in establishing the IT function and service support model.
- Ensure IT operations align with DGE policies and internal standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business technology needs.
- Support day-to-day IT operations, system readiness, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Emirati
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or Diploma with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong experience in IT Operations, IT Governance, or IT Function Setup.
- Familiarity with DGE policies is mandatory.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
