Cybersecurity Leadership: Develop and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizational assets against internal and external security threats while ensuring a resilient security posture.
Network Infrastructure Management: Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and secure connectivity across multiple locations.
SAP Business One Administration: Manage, maintain, and secure the SAP Business One environment across multiple sites, ensuring system stability, seamless integration, optimal performance, and business continuity.
Policy Development & Compliance: Establish, implement, and enforce IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, network standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to IT teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, network management, and IT infrastructure, with substantial exposure to managing multi-location enterprise environments.
Technical Skills:
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Business One administration, configuration, and support.
Strong expertise in enterprise network architecture, routing and switching, and network optimization.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and best practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption, endpoint protection, malware prevention, and vulnerability management.
Experience with cloud infrastructure integration, hybrid environments, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
