Information Technology Specialist

We are Hiring| System Administrator (IT)

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.

* Administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.

* Configure and manage virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).

* Manage and maintain Firewall systems to ensure network security.

* Monitor server performance and troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues.

* Perform system backups and support disaster recovery processes.

* Install, configure, and update servers, operating systems, and security patches.

* Administer Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.

* Maintain technical documentation and ensure infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.

* Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.

* Hands-on experience with Firewall administration and network security.

* Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.

* Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
