Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure while providing technical support to approximately 300–350 users across our offices in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, security, and infrastructure management. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel across UAE to the company locations whenever required.

Key Responsibility
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user administration.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user licensing.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, IPSec VPN, and SSL VPN connectivity.
- Manage virtualization platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Monitor server performance, system health, and capacity planning to ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
- Administer endpoint security and antivirus solutions across the organization.
- Manage Azure and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity and access management.
- Configure and maintain NAS and storage infrastructure.
- Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell (preferred).
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support to users and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Document IT infrastructure, procedures, configurations, and technical changes.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- Travel to company offices within the UAE and remote support to Qatar and Saudi Arabia to provide

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT Infrastructure role.
- Experience supporting an organization with approximately 300–350 users.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in a multi-site environment is an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours during planned maintenance or emergency situations when required.
