What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for an Internal Auditor, based in Dubai, to strengthen internal controls, improve business processes, and support governance across the organisation.

This role will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying process improvements, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

You will work closely with different business functions to evaluate processes, strengthen controls, and provide recommendations that support operational effectiveness and business improvement.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 7+ years of internal audit experience
• FMCG experience is a must
• Strong experience in conducting internal audits and evaluating business processes
• Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred
