OB DETAILS:

Position Title: Internal Auditor

Reports to: AVP, Audit

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Auditor is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the organization's financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement. They will work closely with various departments to conduct audits, analyze data, and provide recommendations to senior management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain audit procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in auditing.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and maintaining audit procedures and checklists.
• Knowledge of regulations and best practices in auditing in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in auditing or related field.
