Responsible for representing the Alshaya's Retail Division in any given legal proceedings. Act as an Ambassador for the Company and in close liaison with the Regional HRS Manager
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Responsible for receiving notifications, monitoring, tracking, handling and reporting all labour cases in the commission on Labour disputes of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour.
Work as a consultant to receive and audit the services contracts of the Administration Department.
Responsible for representing the Alshaya's Retail division to external bodies including police stations, Power of Attorney, municipalities, labour committees, Ministry of Trade, central investigation etc.
Responsible for clearing any penalties and appeals in close liaison with the Regional HRS Manager.
Actively keep up to date with local labour law amendments and communicate changes to RHRSM.
Responsible for coordinating, following up, liaising and reporting with external Legal Counsel with regard to the Labour cases that arise in the courts.
