Skill Farm Members Are Invited to Apply for the Following Role:
Support and coordinate the Gulf activities covering conventional and Islamic scope, including interfacing with network for processing outsourced in Paris, London, Hong Kong and India
Contribute to CMO liaison and declaration of daily controls in COSMOS
Support the local Trading activity with a focus on DIFC/DXB books and Islamic deals
Trade Management:
Review unconfirmed conversations in Deal hub (CAIU & CAID) against K+ and for Islamic deals;
Manage 1st level checks on structure deposit (LD + Swap) booked in K+;
Populate predefined excel spreadsheet with trade details and commodities details for Back Office processing.
Post Trade Management:
Perform T+1 trade modifications, cancellation or trade event processing upon local Front Office approval;
Investigate and follow-up of Breaks/Failed/No deal Allegement query sent by CASPL BO or HK Rec Middle Office and Back Office in Paris
Hard skills :
- Knowledge of Capital Market operations and products ;
- Skills in VBA will be a plus ;
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) ;
- Fluent in English and French. Soft skills :- Ability to analyze and summarize the events of issues and propose actions for resolution ;- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders ; - Ability to work in an international environment ; - Excellent communication skills.
