Main Job Purpose:
Support the Company's engagement with investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Investor Relations Officer, the successful candidate will play an important role in investor communications, financial analysis, market intelligence, and the preparation of investor-facing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of capital markets and disclosure requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Communications
- Support the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and other investor communications.
- Respond to investor and analyst inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in investor meetings, conference calls, roadshows, and capital markets events.
- Maintain and update investor relations materials and databases.
Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Monitor analyst research, shareholder developments, trading activity, peer performance, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports and briefing materials for senior management on investor feedback and market sentiment.
- Conduct financial, valuation, and peer benchmarking analyses to support investor communications.
- Assist in maintaining consensus estimates and tracking analyst coverage.
Disclosure & Regulatory Support
- Support the preparation and review of market disclosures, announcements, and investor communications in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with various internal stakeholders to gather information required for investor relations communications.
Investor Engagement Activities
- Support the organization and execution of investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and shareholder events.
- Maintain records of investor interactions and follow-up actions.
- Develop presentation and other materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience with a listed company is mandatory.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Experience covering Egyptian and/or regional capital markets is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and regional capital markets.
