Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Head with a strong background in Salesforce development, administration, and enterprise applications to lead our technology function and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong leadership capabilities, overseeing business-critical systems, technology strategy, integrations, and application management while aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, and automation.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components.
Implement and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems using APIs.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
Provide technical support and training to end users when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT, with significant Salesforce development and administration experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience leading technology projects and managing stakeholders.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Salesforce certifications are preferred.
