It Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, SAP ecosystems, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, ERP platforms, AI/ML integration, and enterprise infrastructure management. This role requires a proactive leader capable of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives while driving innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability IT infrastructure.
• Manage enterprise networks, cloud environments, servers, storage systems, and data centers.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure optimal system performance, uptime, and infrastructure reliability.
• SAP & ERP Management
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and ERP implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with operational requirements.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, integration, and digital workflow improvements.
• Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Identiy opportunities for AI/ML adoption to improve operational efficiency and business intelligence.
• Implement AI-driven solutions using platforms such as TensorFlow, Azure AI, and related technologies.
• Lead digital transformation programs across departments and business functions.
• Promote innovation and technology modernization initiatives.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Develop and enforce IT security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management activities.
• Ensure protection of enterprise systems, applications, and data against cyber threats.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Leadership & Team Management

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team.
• Define KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
• Promote digital literacy and technology adoption across the organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage IT budgets, procurement processes, software licensing, and technology investments.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with senior management and business leaders on strategic IT initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Provide regular reporting on infrastructure performance, project progress, and IT strategy execution.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT management, including SAP and infrastructure leadership roles.
• Proven experience in AI integration and enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies such as TensorFlow and Azure AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and modern IT service management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
