Company
Our client is a franchise company that was established in Bahrain in 1940. They are currently looking for an IT Manager to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Develop new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, including servers and network
  • Security: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, improving the culture and collaboration learning, and innovation.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that were proactive and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Vendor management: evaluate and manage the relationship with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement of hardware and software.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the IT department budget and optimize the spending
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate tracking and documentation, staying up to date with new IT systems and reporting this information to the executive team.
  • Team collaboration: Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company's IT systems.
  • Assets tracking and monitoring system.

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Functional and Technical experience in implementing, upgrading and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications in R 12.
  • Hands-on experience in the configuration of Oracle EBS Financials Modules (GL/AR/AP/FA).
  • Experience with Oracle Applications development utilizing PL / SQL.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite Implementation experience is must, SCM technical Preferred.
  • Expert in programming using Oracle Forms Builder and Report
  • Well-versed in development of procedures, functions packages and triggers using Oracle 10g, 11g, 12c and 19c.
  • Hands-on experience using TOAD and other application development tools.
  • Execute Quality Control checks of source code created by other developers.
  • Monitor incoming/outgoing data.
  • Troubleshoot errors as they occur.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, etc.
  • Knowledge of Java preferred.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Perform data conversion and migration tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of information technology general controls, data and cyber security.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading/managing IT projects.
  • Experience in managing network and telecommunication systems.
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure including systems, personal computing, helpdesk, printers and servers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technology, infrastructure, process needs and requirements with all Stakeholders.
