Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands modern design trends, and can create high-quality visuals for fashion/lifestyle content. This role supports our marketing and creative team in producing social media graphics, campaign assets, and brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

* Create graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and website banners

* Design layouts for weekly content, new arrivals, promotions, collection launches and look-books

* Develop clean, minimal, on-brand templates for recurring content

* Basic animation, motion graphics And AI skills

* Help edit layouts for Reels/TikTok thumbnails or story templates

Brand & Visual Identity

* Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines used across the GCC market

* Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital platforms

* Assist with branding elements such as packaging, tags, stickers, labels, and moodboards

Campaign Support

* Help the marketing team with seasonal campaigns, collection launches, and events

* Design materials for:

* Events

* In-store posters

* Lookbooks

* Email newsletters

* Online advertisements

* In-store LED screens

Team Collaboration

* Work closely with the marketing, social media, photography, and e-commerce teams

* Participate in idea generation for shoots, campaigns and content planning

File & Asset Management

* Prepare final artwork for digital or print use

* Assist with weekly calendars and creative planning

Requirements

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI

* Basic knowledge of Canva or other editing design tools

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and branding

* Knowledge of all social media platforms and recognizing trends for the GCC region

* Experience in fashion retail

* Experience working in fast-paced environment

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Team player
