Position Summary
The Junior HR Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) serves as the dedicated HR representative for a portfolio of client organizations. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring HR compliance, driving operational excellence, and building trusted relationships with clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts as the primary HR contact.
- Develop strong relationships with client management teams and employees.
- Conduct regular HR review meetings and provide proactive HR advice.
- Understand each client's business needs and recommend practical HR solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee and client queries in line with agreed service levels.
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding and induction
- Employee documentation
- Confirmation and probation management
- Transfers and promotions
- Offboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely processing of employee data.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records through HR systems.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned clients.
- Draft job descriptions and post vacancies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage pre-joining documentation and onboarding.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
- Maintain compliance documentation and employee files.
- Support visa, labour, and regulatory documentation where required.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee counselling.
- Support investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance evaluations.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans.
- Track employee KPIs and performance documentation.
- Support talent development initiatives.
HR Projects
- Assist in HR audits and process improvements.
- Participate in HR transformation and digitization projects.
- Support implementation of HRIS and automation initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience.
- UAE HR experience preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders or client accounts is an advantage.
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
