Job Overview:
Support Zone Producers in the detailed execution of programs, workshops, performances, and Main Show elements, ensuring on-time delivery, smooth logistics, and participant management. Works closely with the Lead Programming Producer and first coordinator to translate finalized program plans into actionable execution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Zone Program Tracker schedules, participants, resources for each zone.
- Participant & Facilitator Database contact info, confirmations, and requirements.
- Execution Briefs for Zone Producers detailing each activity, timing, and responsibilities.
- Daily Updates During Build/Festival live tracking of schedule adherence and adjustments.
Job Specifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple zones simultaneously.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English, particularly with participants and facilitators.
- Experience in event coordination, preferably with workshops or performances.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or project management tools.
- Flexible and responsive under tight timelines and live-event conditions.
