We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join a dynamic Interior Design and Fit-Out team based in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for managing high-quality projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks during project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and lead teams.
- Knowledge of Dubai's construction and interior design regulations is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
