We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer - Junior to support quality assurance and quality control activities across façade projects, ensuring that materials, fabrication, installation, and testing activities meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

About Your Team

You will report directly to the QA/QC Manager and work closely with project teams, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The team is responsible for implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement across all façade operations.

Your Role

As a QA/QC Engineer - Junior, you will:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes specific to façade systems.
• Conduct inspections of façade materials, assemblies, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Review and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate site quality inspections, material delivery inspections, and installation checks.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, test reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with project teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, current, and readily accessible.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders on quality-related matters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with company quality management systems.

Working Days: 6 days per week

Work Location: Stargate Project, UAE

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience within façade, curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminium systems, or building envelope projects.
• Experience with façade contractors, specialist subcontractors, or façade manufacturers.
• Experience on high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or residential developments.
• GCC experience preferred; UAE-based candidates are highly desirable.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with façade fabrication, assembly, installation, inspection, and testing processes.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of international standards including ASTM, BS, EN, AAMA, and project-specific façade specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
