As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Land Survey Manager to lead surveying activities across our projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination between site and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all land surveying activities across project sites.
- Develop surveying plans and establish control points to ensure accurate project execution.
- Supervise survey teams and ensure efficient allocation of resources and equipment.
- Verify project coordinates, levels, alignments, and boundaries in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and technical office departments to support project requirements.
- Review survey data, reports, calculations, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and control surveying activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and utilization of surveying equipment.
- Resolve surveying-related technical issues and provide guidance to survey engineers and surveyors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and review as-built survey records and final project documentation.
- Generate periodic progress reports and provide updates to project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in land surveying within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or contracting projects.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and construction layout procedures.
- Proficiency in Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, Auto Level, and surveying software.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and data processing software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Very good command of English and Arabic.
