Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, drones, and digital levels.
• Collect, process, and analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software.
• Prepare accurate survey drawings, maps, and legal boundary descriptions.
• Verify survey data accuracy, including measurements and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure designs align with survey data.
• Maintain and update survey records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal surveying regulations and standards.
• Manage survey crews and delegate tasks when required.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical advice to project teams and clients.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional licensure (e.g., Registered Land Surveyor, Licensed Surveyor) preferred or required depending on jurisdiction.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of field and office surveying experience (varies by role level).
• Experience with GPS/GNSS technology, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey software (e.g., Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office).

Skills:

• Strong understanding of surveying principles, geodesy, and mapping.
• Proficiency in CAD and GIS applications.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions

• Primarily field-based work with occasional office duties.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and terrain.
• May require travel to different project sites.

Range Salary (7,000 - 8,000 AED)
