Land Surveyor – Building Construction

We are looking for a qualified land surveyor to join our team for ongoing building construction projects in the UAE. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a land surveyor in building construction projects.
2. Strong technical knowledge in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other related tools.
3. Ability to perform site layout, leveling, and measurements in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
4. Responsible for preparing and maintaining as-built drawings and survey reports.
5. Familiar with construction site procedures, safety practices, and UAE regulatory requirements.
6. Strong coordination skills with project engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, surveying, or a related field.
2. Certification in Land Surveying (if available) is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant software is preferred.
4. Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
